Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use TensorPrep at https://tensorprep.dev. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What the service is
TensorPrep provides interview-style coding problems that you solve in your browser. Your code is executed on our servers against test cases and graded automatically. We provide the problems and the grading; we do not promise that practising here will get you a job, an interview, or any particular result.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@tensorprep.dev if you think someone else is using it. One account is for one person; accounts are not to be shared.
Code you submit
You keep ownership of the code you write. You give us permission to store it and to run it for the purpose of grading your submissions and showing you your own history. Submitted code runs in an isolated sandbox with no network access and limits on memory, CPU time and process count.
Do not submit code intended to attack, overload or escape that sandbox, to mine cryptocurrency, or to access anything that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.
Free and paid access
A portion of every track is free. The rest requires a subscription. Plans are billed in advance for a fixed period: 7 days for weekly, 30 days for monthly, and 365 days for yearly. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars or Indian rupees, and what is shown at checkout is what is charged.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every purchase. They process the payment and handle the tax on it, and their terms apply to the transaction itself alongside these.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end access you have already paid for, and it does not trigger a refund of the current period. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not cut it short. A first payment can be refunded within 7 days if fewer than 25 premium problems have been solved on the account; the refund policy sets out the full position.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may change or remove problems, tracks and features, including ones behind the paywall, as the content grows. We will not reduce what a paid subscription gives you during a period you have already paid for.
Ending your access
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by writing to hello@tensorprep.dev. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and where we do so for something other than abuse, we will refund the unused part of a paid period.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
