Billing and refunds

Write from the address on your account and say which charge you mean. What we can refund, and when, is set out in the refund policy.

You do not need to email us to stop a subscription renewing. Cancel it yourself from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A problem looks wrong

There is a Report button on every problem page. That attaches the problem you are looking at and an optional screenshot, which is more useful to us than an email describing it, so please use it where you can.

Your account or your data

To get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete your account, email us from the address on the account. What we store and why is in the privacy policy.
