Refund Policy
Subscriptions to TensorPrep are billed in advance for a fixed period. This page explains when we refund one.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing else: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not cut that short. No further charge is taken after you cancel.
When we refund
- Within 7 days of your first payment, if the service is not what you expected and you have solved fewer than 25 premium problems, ask and we will refund it in full. Tell us why if you are willing; it is the most useful feedback we get.
The limit is there because a refund is for “this was not what I wanted”, not for working through the paid content and then asking for the money back. If you are past 25 and still think a refund is fair, write to us and say why. - A charge you did not intend, such as a renewal you meant to cancel, told to us within 7 days of the charge.
- The service was substantially broken for a meaningful part of your billing period and we could not fix it.
- We ended your access for a reason other than breaking our terms. Then we refund the unused part without being asked.
When we usually do not
Renewals after the first 7 days of a period, where the service has been working and available, are not normally refunded. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid the next charge. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us anyway.
We also do not normally refund once 25 or more premium problems have been solved on the account, since at that point the subscription has been used for what it is for.
How to ask
Email hello@tensorprep.dev from the address on your account, and say which charge you mean. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, so an approved refund is returned by them to the method you paid with. Their processing times apply, typically 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
